We offer pan-India delivery through trusted courier partners.

Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
GMS Sweets is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order is delivered.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
After verification, we may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
Customized chikkis and bulk orders (corporate or festive) require advance payment.
Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be modified or canceled.
